OVERVIEW:
• Act for housebuilders, SME developers, property traders and investors across a varied residential development caseload.
• Handle site assembly, residential development schemes, plot sales, refinancing and wider residential property matters.
• Work closely with a team of paralegals to manage the day to day progression of transactions.
• Build strong relationships with established developer and SME clients.
• Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the residential development team.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 3–5 years’ PQE and proven residential development, plot sales or new build sales experience.
• Experience managing residential transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing is essential.
• Experience drafting estate documentation would be advantageous, as would some commercial property experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision and managing a demanding caseload to developer deadlines and targets.
