An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join a highly regarded, medium-sized nursing home in Lockerbie.

Details of this Residential Deputy Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:

• A permanent, full-time contract working 41 hours per week
• Supernumerary hours included
• A fantastic hourly rate of -17.00 per hour, which is the equivalent of -36,244 per annum

As Deputy Manager you will provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager''s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that''s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

What the home is looking for in a Residential Deputy Manager:

• Must have supervisory experience and hold, or be working towards, a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care
• A strong leader who can motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff
• Financially aware and able to manage budgets
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and all legislation relevant to a UK care home setting
