Residential Deputy ManagerLocation: MorecambeContract: Full Time, PermanentBase Salary: 33,799.67 per annumPotential Earnings: Up to 40,519.67 per annum with sleep-in shiftsSpecific Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, dynamic and inspirational Residential Deputy Manager to join our established team at Bay View Childcare.Based within one of our welcoming children''s homes in the Morecambe area, you will play a key role in supporting young people aged 8-18 who have social, emotional and behavioural needs. With a maximum of four young people per home, you''ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while helping to create a safe, nurturing and positive environment where children can thrive.Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the home, support the development of the staff team and ensure outstanding outcomes for the children and young people in our care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Registered Manager with the day-to-day leadership and management of the homeDeputise for the Registered Manager in their absencePromote positive outcomes and improve the lives of children and young people in our careEnsure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards and company policiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with families, local authorities, healthcare professionals and other external agenciesSupport, motivate and develop the staff team through supervision, ..... full job details .....
