Senior Residential ConveyancerNorth London A well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm with a strong national Residential Property presence is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy office in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and supportive team within a forward-thinking practice. The Role The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role requires confidence, autonomy, and the ability to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities include:Managing residential sales and purchasesHandling remortgages and equity release transactionsReviewing and reporting on freehold and leasehold titlesDealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfersActing on shared ownership leases, lease variations, new build purchases and Help to Buy mattersSupervising and supporting conveyancing assistants within the departmentDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationships locallyCross-referring clients to other departments where appropriate About You Qualified Solicitor, CILEX (ILEX) or CLCIdeally 5+ years'' PQE (or equivalent experience)Substantial experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactionsCommercial awareness and commitment to client service excellenceLocal market knowledge preferred Apply with ..... full job details .....
