The role involves managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to work on commercial matters as required, from initial instruction through to completion.ResponsibilitiesHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equity and remortgagesManaging stamp duty procedures, title checks, search reports, and enquiriesDealing with lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and landlord-tenant mattersManaging acquisitions and sales of businesses and related commercial agreementsSupporting business development initiativesMaintaining a high standard of client care and professional communicationManaging files independently while meeting deadlines in a busy environmentCandidate RequirementsExtensive experience in residential conveyancing, with commercial conveyancing knowledge advantageousHighly organised, disciplined, and able to manage a high-volume caseloadProactive, able to prioritise work, and comfortable working with minimal supervisionStrong client manner, professional ..... full job details .....
