OverviewThis highly regarded, thriving, multi-office firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to work from their office in Ashford, Middlesex and also be work from home for 1 day per week.

RequirementsYou will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally more and be able to hit the ground running in order to be considered for this position.

ResponsibilitiesYou will to be able to handle all types of residential property matters, including:

Transfer of equity

Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property

Auction sale and purchase

Re-mortgage

Help to Buy

Shared Ownership
