The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational ability, and proficient IT knowledge to handle multiple cases effectively.We are ideally looking for someone with 2-6 year PQE to run cases start to finish.ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Providing clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties.Preparing and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and SDLT forms.Conducting property searches and liaising with external providers to obtain necessary reports.Ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and regulatory requirements.Managing deadlines efficiently to ensure timely completion of transactions.Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems ..... full job details .....
