As a key member of the residential property team, you will manage your own caseload of property transactions , including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity . You will work closely with Partners and colleagues, providing expert legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care.Key Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionConduct client meetings and provide clear, practical legal adviceDraft legal documents and correspondence with precision and accuracyMaintain up-to-date and compliant case filesManage financial aspects of transactions, including billing and cost estimatesParticipate in business development activities and represent the firm at networking eventsBuild and nurture long-term client relationshipsCandidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancingProven track record of managing property transactions independentlyStrong knowledge of property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in legal research, drafting and legal IT systemsCommercial awareness and a client-focused approachWhy Join Us?
