The Role Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities Providing cover for colleagues during absences Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends About You Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently Confident using case management systems and digital workflows Strong written and verbal communication with a client-care focus Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally Collaborative and supportive team player Why Join This Firm?
