The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, handling the full conveyancing process independently and efficiently. Typical work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build and other residential property transactions Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties About You This role would suit a conveyancer who can demonstrate: A minimum of 2 years'' PQE in residential conveyancing Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer Unqualified conveyancers working towards qualification will also be considered Strong technical knowledge of residential property law A proactive, ..... full job details .....
