Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including:

Lease extensionsTransfers of equitySales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesNew buildsAuction sales and purchasesRe-mortgagesHelp to BuyShared OwnershipIdeally, the candidate will also have proven experience in the following:

Lease extensions under the LRHUDA 1993Collective freehold purchases under the LRHUDA 1993Further attributes will include:
