The caseload will be varied and include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.Key responsibilities include:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervisionHandling transactions from instruction through to exchange and completionEnsuring all case records are accurately maintained using a bespoke case management systemProviding clear, proactive communication to clients and stakeholders throughout the processResolving legal and title issues efficientlyMaintaining compliance with all regulatory and internal requirementsMeeting performance and client service ..... full job details .....
