Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Sheffield City CentreSalary: 25,000 - 28,000 (DOE)Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pmAbout the RoleAs a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist fee earners with the day-to-day management of residential property transactions, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent standard of service throughout the transaction process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing mattersManaging and progressing transactions under appropriate supervisionDealing with client enquiries and providing regular updates on case progressTaking client instructions and accurately recording informationPreparing correspondence, legal documents, forms, and reportsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisers, and solicitorsFacilitating the exchange of contracts and completion processesPreparing financial statements and completion documentationCompleting SDLT submissions and associated conveyancing formalitiesPreparing Certificates of Title for mortgage advance fundsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsAbout YouA minimum of one year''s experience in a residential conveyancing or similar legal support roleA good understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and transactionsExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailThe ability to manage competing ..... full job details .....
