They are looking for a proactive and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Milton Keynes. The Role Working closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide key legal and administrative support across residential property transactions and help ensure clients receive a first-class service. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting solicitors and fee earners with residential property transactions and caseloads Dealing with client enquiries and taking instructions Keeping clients, estate agents and other third parties updated throughout the process Submitting searches, Land Registry applications and mortgage redemptions Checking mortgage offers and search results Preparing files for completion Assisting with SDLT returns and post-completion Land Registry applications Preparing invoices and financial statements Arranging bank transfers and inputting accurate case information Opening, maintaining and closing files Liaising confidently and professionally with clients, ..... full job details .....
