Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (New Build)Salary: £26,000+ (DOE)Location: DoncasterCRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their specialist New Build team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, with a strong reputation in residential property. The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team handling new build transactions, an area which involves more complex legal processes, tight developer deadlines and detailed documentation compared to standard conveyancing. The firm has a history of development and progression with 3 out of their last 4 paralegal hires going on to secure training contracts.The Role You will support fee earners within a busy new build conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload from instruction through to completion. The role will involve:Assisting with new build purchase transactions, including off-plan mattersPreparing contract packs and supporting documentationLiaising with developers, lenders, clients and third partiesManaging enquiries and progressing files in line with strict deadlinesSupporting with exchange and completion processesMaintaining accurate case management recordsAbout YouPrevious experience within residential conveyancing (new build experience highly desirable)Strong organisational skills ..... full job details .....
