Our client is a well known law firm with a strong presence in Manchester. They are recognised for their residential conveyancing team and their focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Job DescriptionAs a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal your duties will include:
Assist with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct searches and manage the exchange of contracts process.
Provide regular updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support solicitors with administrative tasks and case management.
Handle post-completion matters, such as registrations with the Land Registry.
Ensure deadlines are met and deliver a high standard of client service throughout.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal should have at least 12 months experience of dealing with residential conveyancing transactions. This advert notes that the level of experience identified is a guide and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
