This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment where strong client relationships and high-quality service are at the heart of everything they do.The RoleYou will take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, supported by experienced colleagues and three highly skilled Legal Secretaries. This structure allows you to focus on delivering exceptional client service rather than administrative tasks.The role is primarily office-based Devon, with some flexibility and hybrid working available where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRegistered and unregistered landRe-mortgages and transfers of equityEasements, plot sales and deeds of giftDelivering excellent client careWorking closely with Legal Secretaries to ensure files progress efficientlyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrersHandling billing, file management, and compliance (SRA and CQS)Collaborating with colleagues across the firm and contributing to the growth of the departmentAbout YouEssential:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveProven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseloadStrong organisational and ..... full job details .....
