Residential Conveyancing – Legal Secretary, 12 + months experience, Cheshire, up to £26,000 DOE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, delivering crucial support in a fast paced, client focused environment. JOB REF: 0848

•The appointed legal professional will assist the conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions from start to finish, including preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications.

•Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, letters, and contracts, while liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.

•The appointed Legal Professional should have previous experience in a Conveyancing role, strong administrative skills with attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
