This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running their own caseload and is looking for a role with a good level of responsibility, client contact and long-term progression. The role You''ll be managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with a varied range of matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Managing matters from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, agents and other parties throughout the transaction Providing a high standard of client care Managing a busy caseload effectively and working to deadlines Building and maintaining strong client relationships The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision and who can hit the ground running.
