They are now seeking a confident fee earner to manage a varied caseload while being part of a supportive, down-to-earth team culture.What you''ll be doingAs a key Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters, typically 25-30 new files per month, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesNew build transactionsTransfers of equityManaging files from instruction through to completionProviding clear, practical advice to clients throughout the processBuilding and maintaining strong client and referrer relationshipsSupervising support staff where requiredEnsuring compliance with internal procedures, billing, and time recordingContributing to the continued growth and development of the conveyancing departmentWhat we''re looking forYou''ll be a great fit if you have:3+ years'' PQE as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal ExecutiveStrong experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseloadA proactive, positive approach and the confidence to work ..... full job details .....
