Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner 1+ experience Devon Competitive, dependent on experience A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Devon is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing and successful Property team. Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a supportive and collaborative department handling a broad range of residential property matters. The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases• Remortgages• Transfers of equity• New build transactions• Other general residential property matters You will also play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referrers, whilst supporting colleagues across the wider team when required.
