Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the growing property team of a well-established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham. Our client is looking for an experienced individual who is confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service. Location: Rotherham Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Arrangement: Office-based with 1 day working from home for title checks and focused work Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role As an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Managing remortgages, refinancing and bridging matters. Dealing with transfers of equity. Handling new-build and more complex residential property transactions. Managing shared ownership matters.
