Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE to manage their own caseload and further develop their career within a supportive environment.Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completionHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactionsProviding clear and practical advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing processDrafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentationLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitorsConducting title investigations and reporting on titleEnsuring compliance with AML regulations and firm proceduresManaging exchange and completion processes efficientlyDealing with post-completion formalities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsMaintaining accurate records using the firm''s case management systemRequired Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing.Proven experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.Excellent communication and client care skills.High level of attention to detail and strong organisational ability.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet ..... full job details .....
