Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Gloucester - 3 years PQE plus. Location: Gloucester (Hybrid/Flexible). Type of Role: Full-time. Salary: £45,000 to £65,000.The Role
This is an autonomous position with responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload. Key duties include:Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and PurchasesManaging New Build transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Lease ExtensionsAdvising on SDLT reliefs and exemptionsDealing with unregistered properties and title restrictions/cautionsSupervising and mentoring junior team membersBuilding relationships with estate agents and brokersSupporting business development and departmental growthCandidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with:Minimum 3 years'' experience managing complex residential conveyancing mattersStrong technical knowledge across the full range of conveyancing workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureProven leadership and mentoring experienceCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to client serviceFamiliarity with SDLT, Land Registry, and case management systemsWorking Arrangements
