Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position. Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commecial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer / Legal Executive to join their team. The position will involve working on a mixed caseload of Sale and Purchase matters with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will join a very busy department working from their Head Office in Doncaster town centre. A suitable candidate for this role will have 3 years PQE in a fee earning role, however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered. They expect the candidate to be able to work relatively autonomously. Support will, however, be available when needed. Most working patterns will be considered and working in-office is preferred, however, there is a hybrid option available of 1 day per week working from home. Part time will also be considered. The role involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion. The candidate will have extensive experience of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision.
