£37,000 – £42,000 (DOE)

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pmTSR Legal are pleased to be supporting a well-regarded, progressive law firm in their search for

two experienced Conveyancers

to join their growing residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility in working arrangements, with options available to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from the office – depending on your preference.The Role:

You will manage your own conveyancing caseload of approximately 70 files, consisting of a mix of:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages

You will be fully supported by a dedicated legal assistant to ensure smooth file progression and administrative support.Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:A minimum of 4 years’ experience handling a broad residential conveyancing caseload

Strong proficiency in dealing with leasehold transactions

Excellent organisational and communication skills

The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of client care and file management
