Key Duties and Responsibilities Preparing title reports, identifying residential legal and title issues Undertaking property due diligence of conveyancing matters Producing detailed notes addressing title issues, key risk, and lender-specific requirements Working closely with a team of Property Support Lawyers to support with technical matters Driving consistency across multiple lanes Previous Skills and Experience Extensive residential conveyancing experience, with a thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold title issues Ability to identify risks early on and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues Be able to interpret titles, plans, leases, restrictions Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads High level of attention to detail Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware Benefits: Very competitive salary Supportive team culture ..... full job details .....
