Residential Conveyancer Our client, a multi office, modern law firm, are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Residential Conveyancing. They are based in Surrey. They have a strong loyal client base, their fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. Their aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of their growth and who shares the firm''s core values The candidate - You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters. Including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build and Lease Extensions. - Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters. - 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing - Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters - Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development - Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships - Self-motivated team player - Ambitious to progress - Excellent administration and organisational skills - Professional but friendly and approachable Key responsibilities - Sales and purchases - New builds - Re-mortgages - Registered and unregistered properties - Help to buy - Shared ownership - Leases - Liaising with clients and external professionals - Leasing and working with our Private Client Department Job details - Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 17:30 - ..... full job details .....
