Residential Conveyancer

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established, award-winning law firm based in Hale, Cheshire. This opportunity has arisen through internal progression, reflecting the firm''s commitment to investing in and developing its people.Role Responsibilities You will join an established residential property team handling a varied range of conveyancing matters for local and national clients, with exposure to transactions of differing levels of complexity. Key responsibilities will include: Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion, with appropriate support and supervision. Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Reviewing title documentation and dealing with property ownership and registration issues. Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documentation. Handling Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax requirements. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties to progress transactions efficiently. Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients throughout the conveyancing process.
