Conveyancing Executive , Private Residential Property, Worcester, Full Time, permanent opportunity.We are looking for a progressive individual to join Talbots as a Conveyancing Executive. To be successful, you will have at least 1 year post qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.About Talbots Law

Managing a full caseload with a focus on wider Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, including technical legal enquiries.Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.What you need

To have a minimum 1 years qualified experience or equivalent as Conveyancer in Residential Property.Possess varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.Be detail-driven with excellent communication skills and an organised team-player.Job Type and Pay
