You will ideally already have experience in a fast-paced legal setting, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is key, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be confident working independently as well as collaboratively to meet deadlines.The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. This will include handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. Your duties will involve taking clear client instructions, carrying out due diligence and AML checks, and preparing and reviewing key legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds. You''ll also be responsible for ordering and reviewing searches, investigating title, raising and responding to enquiries, and advising clients on any legal issues affecting their property.
