Residential Conveyancer/ Solicitor Sales and Purchases TeessideSalary: £30,000-£60,000 DOE QED Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Teesside law firm with a strong reputation in the local market and a predominantly local client base. The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, Legal Executive or Residential Solicitor to join its established property team. This is a good opportunity for someone with solid practical residential conveyancing experience who is looking to take ownership of their own caseload, develop their experience and work within a relationship-led environment rather than a high-volume conveyancing operation. You will handle a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold transactions, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of residential sales and purchases Handling freehold and leasehold transactions Managing matters from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documentation and other conveyancing paperwork Identifying and resolving issues as they arise Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard You''ll have dedicated administrative support around you, while retaining the ..... full job details .....
