We are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join our fantastic team. If you haven''t qualified but have at least 5 years'' experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision, let us know - show us you''re interested in joining Eden today.

With 100% remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completionProvide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team LeadersUse the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely mannerManage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactionsProviding proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progressResolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a propertyUndertake file audits and reviewsDeliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfactionAssist Team Leaders with team development, coaching and mentoring

Requirements

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we''re looking for friendly and diligent residential conveyancers with the following:

At least 5 years experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervisionEvidence of up to date knowledge and training including AMLStrong affinity for digital technologyRequired:

experience and competency in freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgageBeneficial:

experience and competency in transfer of equity and new buildBenefits
