The Role:You''ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters while playing a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members. There is also the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department, working closely with senior colleagues. Key responsibilities include:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.Assisting with the continued development and growth of the Residential Property department.Working efficiently using a case management system to ensure matters progress smoothly.
