I’m currently working with a well-established, high-street practice in South Manchester that’s looking to expand its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion.The Role

You’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including:Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)Re-mortgagesTransfers of equityNew build transactionsShared ownership and help to buyTitle checks, reporting, and drafting contractsYou’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, with access to administrative support and conveyancing software to streamline processes. The firm encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to client service.What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independentlyQualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Fee EarnerStrong technical knowledge across all standard residential property mattersConfident communicator with excellent client care skillsAbility to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with case management systems and digital conveyancing toolsWhat’s on Offer
