Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn for a ResidentialConveyancer to join their growing property team.This is an excellent opportunity for both qualified and non-qualified candidates, including Trainee Solicitors and Trainee Conveyancers, who are looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive legal environment.The salary is £25,000 - £43,000 depending on experience and interview performance.Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.Providing clear legal advice and updates to clients.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Supporting senior members of the team where required and assisting with more complex transactions. About you as a Residential Conveyancer: Experience within residential conveyancing is desirable.Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Paralegals, and Trainees.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.Excellent communication and client care skills.A proactive and team-oriented ..... full job details .....
