– Salisbury – 2 years PQE plus. Location: Salisbury Office (hybrid / Flexible). Type of Role: Full-time. Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 plus bonus.Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is eager to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The Role
This is a client-facing and autonomous position, offering the opportunity to manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters. Responsibilities include:Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and PurchasesManaging New Build transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Shared OwnershipConducting ID checks, verifying source of funds, and managing gifted depositsIssuing contracts and managing mortgage redemptionsOrdering and reporting on searches, titles, leases, and management packsExchanging contracts and progressing matters to completionCollaborating with other conveyancers to support departmental growthCandidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Residential Conveyancer with:Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCommercial awareness and interest in business developmentFamiliarity with case management systems and online platforms (e.g. SDLT, Land Registry)Commitment to client care and professional standardsPositive, proactive, and team-oriented approachWorking Arrangements
