My client, a Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited legal practice, is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Eastbourne office (or one of their other branches, if preferred).The Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing solicitor who is confident in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be handling a range of matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityYou will work closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure the delivery of a high standard of legal service.
