Role overviewThe successful candidate will manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload, supported by paralegals and administrators, delivering professional, responsive service to clients while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Review contracts, raise and respond to enquiries, and manage completions
Draft SDLTs, Transfers, and other legal documentation
Order searches and mortgage statements, reporting to clients
Handle gifts, ID checks, source of funds, and mortgage reporting
Liaise with clients, lenders, and estate agents
Maintain efficient file management and support risk assessments
Candidate profile
Qualified or non-qualified candidates (CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or training through the firm possible)
Ideally around 2 PQE, but motivated candidates with relevant experience considered
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communicator, client-focused, and collaborative
Hybrid working considered after probation and flexible 4-day week option
