Oculus Legal Group is currently working in close partnership with a reputable Legal 500 practice in Cambridge seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and experienced property team.Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.Handle matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction throughout.Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates.Ensure all legal requirements and best practice standards are met.Maintain accurate records and case documentation using case management systems.Requirements

Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience in residential conveyancing.Proven track record of independently handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and client service focus.Familiarity with conveyancing software and modern legal technology.25 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with long serviceOption to ‘buy or sell’ holidayPension scheme offers matched contributions up to 5% with salary sacrifice tax savings.Group income protection insuranceProfit share scheme and discretionary bonusComprehensive private medical cover with optional cover for familyHow to apply
