What you''ll be doing: Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required About you: Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Why this role?
