The Role You will be responsible for:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completionHandling a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold transactionsWorking both independently and as part of a collaborative team of property specialistsDelivering excellent client care while running files efficiently and effectivelyAbout You To be considered, you will ideally have:Strong experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent)A proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervisionExperience in all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finishA positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career(Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.)
