Residential Conveyancer (CLC, CILEX, Solicitor or Fee earner) 1-3 PQESalary: £40k - £50k + excellent Bonus (circa £20k annually)Location: Newham, East LondonOur client, a well-regarded law firm with an established presence in East London, is seeking a Residential Solicitor, CLC, CILEX or fee earner (NQ or 1-3 yrs fee earning experience) to join their busy and supportive Residential Conveyancing team.The firm prides itself on providing a professional, client-focused service, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish with minimal disruption for clients. The firm is CQS accredited and on the panel of most major mortgage lenders. They are highly recommended by estate agents, mortgage brokers, and housebuilders for its expertise and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

You will join a collaborative team where there is no requirement to bring in your own work – there is plenty of work available.You will work across a wide variety of property transactions including:Freehold and Leasehold Sales and PurchasesLease Extensions and Deeds of VariationTransfers of Equity / Change of NameRemortgages and Buy-to-Let PropertiesRight to Buy and Local Authority Buy Back / Compulsory Purchase
