Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / CILEX / CLC) Location: WarwickshireAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm within its Property Department.The successful candidate will handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the department through proactive business development and collaboration with senior colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and leasehold transactionsSupervising and mentoring support staff and junior team membersLiaising with clients, intermediaries, and external bodies Maintaining files in accordance with internal and regulatory standardsManaging and meeting financial and performance targetsSupporting departmental growth through business development activitiesEnsuring compliance with CQS Protocol, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and other relevant standardsUndertaking ongoing professional development, including mandatory trainingProviding regular updates and support to senior leadershipCandidate Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with a minimum of 3 years'' residential conveyancing experienceStrong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing transactionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to ..... full job details .....
