Residential Conveyancer - Stoke-on-Trent An established and respected law firm in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Property department. The Role The Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, working with the support of an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Matters will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Shared ownership matters where applicable General residential conveyancing advice for private clients You will oversee every stage of the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties. You will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
