The firm invites a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to join its highly regarded team and contribute to the firm’s continued success.Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, re-mortgages and transfers of equityYou will oversee the entire lifecycle of a property transaction from initial instruction through to post-completion, with the support of an AssistantRequirements

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE within Residential PropertyStrong background managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, transfers of equity and re-mortgagesStrong billing history, with experience of and willingness to conduct your own BDIn return, you can expect
