The Role You''ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and buy-to-let Transfers of equity New build and shared ownership Probate-related sales You''ll have strong administrative support, modern systems and manageable caseloads, allowing you to focus on clients and getting deals completed. About You We''re open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee Earners. You''ll ideally have 1+ years'' residential conveyancing experience and be confident handling matters independently from start to finish. What''s on Offer?
