Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Liaise proactively with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions Conclude matters efficiently while meeting service level agreements, quality standards and client expectations Handle all post completion work independently, ensuring files are closed accurately and promptly Demonstrate strong knowledge of matters involving personal representatives, attorneys, trusts and matrimonial considerations Ensure full compliance with regulatory and risk management ..... full job details .....
