This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join a well-established firm and work alongside a diverse team of conveyancing professionals with varying levels of experience. Candidates from paralegal, junior conveyancers through to solicitors will be considered for the firms Shrewsbury or Telford office. The role Our client is a busy full-service law firm that is now looking to add to its conveyancing department in both Shrewsbury and Telford. It is open on the level of candidate and is keen to see who is available in the market and how they can fit into the team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with all stages of the residential conveyancing process or running own files dependent on levelLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third-party organisationsManaging telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficientlyPreparing and maintaining legal documentation and case filesProviding administrative and transactional support to the conveyancing teamDelivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction processCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience within residential conveyancing Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailProfessional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
