Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions

Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice and support

Building strong working relationships with clients and local estate agents

Contributing positively to the team dynamic and professional standards

Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Skills Required

Proven experience in handling residential conveyancing work

Calm, polite, and focused approach, even under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients

Confident in decision-making and taking ownership when needed

Organised, motivated, and able to manage workload independently
